- We currently deliver across India.
- Delivery to remote areas may take additional time based on logistics availability.

- Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Time
- Standard delivery time is 5-7 business days depending on your location.
- Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, courier delays, or regional restrictions.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: Orders above ₹ 999 qualify for free shipping.
- Standard Shipping Fee: A flat fee of ₹50 applies to orders below ₹999
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
- Use the tracking number to monitor the delivery status on the courier partner's website.
6. Undelivered or Returned Packages
- If a package is undelivered due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept, the customer may be responsible for any re-shipping charges.
- Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate to avoid delivery issues.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
- If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged package and products.
- We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund as applicable.
8. Changes to Shipping Address
- Once shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
